Photograph it.

Photograph your plate and Fooshi reads the meal and writes the numbers into your diary. When it is unsure it asks, and it remembers the corrections you make. Share a meal if you want to — the Club is there.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, that is all.

  1. 01A green salad in a small bowl

    Snap

One frame of the plate is enough. Where you cannot photograph it, type the name of the dish instead.

  2. 02Sliced grilled chicken over quinoa

    Confirm

Fooshi tells you what it sees. Slide the portion, add an ingredient. Where it is unsure, it asks you.

  3. 03Baked salmon with asparagus and quinoa

    Forget it

The rest happens on its own. Your diary fills, and the week arrives on Sunday morning.

Glycaemic load · medium

01 · MEALS & MACROS

Eight values out of one photograph.

Calories, protein, carbs, fat, saturated fat, fibre, sugar and sodium. The glycaemic load of the meal is written down too, as low, medium or high.

  • Breaks mixed bowls down ingredient by ingredient
  • Knows local dishes, not just chicken and rice
  • Up to eight ingredients in one meal

02 · WATER & WEIGHT

Water and weight, in the same diary.

Your water target fills through the day. The weight chart shows a weekly average, so a single heavy morning does not mislead you.

  • Monday weigh-in reminder
  • Weekly average
  • Goals auto‑adjust

03 · WEEKLY REPORT

Every Sunday morning, the week in one page.

Seven days reported: what you hit, which meal was missing, where protein dropped. With three suggestions for the week ahead.

04 · THE CLUB

Your diary is private. Sharing is yours to choose.

Nothing you photograph is shared on its own. Send a meal to the Club and it lands in the feed of the people who follow you; they like it, comment, ask for the recipe. On a private account you approve every follow request yourself.

05 · TODAY

Everyone against their own target.

The Today screen does not compare raw calories. It shows how close everyone you follow is to their own target, side by side.

  • Compares progress to target, not raw numbers
  • You choose who appears on the list
  • Opt out entirely and your diary stays private
AI COACH

You can ask about the part you are stuck on.

A coach that can see your diary. “What should I eat tonight”, “how do I hit my protein”, “why was that meal so high” — type it, get an answer.

  • It answers by looking at your own diary
  • It leaves a few short follow-up questions beside the answer
  • The conversation stays on your device, not on a server

WHY THEY STAY

I never lasted a week in any tracker. Here I don’t do anything except take the photo.

Frequently asked

How accurate is the photo analysis?

It does well on dishes it knows, but the result is an estimate rather than a laboratory measurement. When Fooshi is unsure it asks you, and once you have corrected a portion it will not ask about that dish again.

Is Fooshi free?

A new account gets every feature for 7 days. There is no trial to start — the seven days begin when you create the account. After that you need Premium to carry on; there is no permanently free plan. Even without Premium you can still export your data and delete your account.

Where do my photos live?

Only in your own diary. Nobody sees them unless you post to the club, and deleting your account deletes them.

What if it can't recognise the dish?

You type the name and it does the rest. A dish you've corrected once won't be asked again.
